I lead and build full-stack product systems where software has to remain understandable under real operational pressure. My work spans messaging infrastructure, document workflows, and AI-assisted developer tooling, combining hands-on delivery with technical direction, people leadership, and product judgement.
I favour changes that a person can inspect before documents, data, or code cross an important delivery boundary.

A run that stopped at the delivery boundary. When required proof was missing or invalid, the private, pre-user-launch CLI kept the candidate work but refused to export it. A sanitized real run trace shows this behaviour.

Messaging engineering and leadership. During my time at Emarsys, I progressed from senior engineer to technical team lead, leading delivery and technical review for customer-facing messaging areas, managing engineers, supporting escalations, and preparing an ownership handover.
